How do Eco-Points work? Eco points are earned when you buy products from my shop (or events). Typically you earn 20 ep for every £1 you spend, to learn more about Eco-Points see this link

What got you into natural products? From a young age I've always been wary of a lot of the things they pump into us, it was only when started researching and watching what some of these chemicals actually do to us. Failing to find natural alternatives I decided to make my own products.

How do I check my ep balance? Once you go to checkout you will be able to see your ep balance. You then have the option to mix and match and either pay with cash, ep or both.

Do you accept PayPal? We do indeed, simply take an item to checkout and select checkout with PayPal.

I want to return a product what do I do? No problem, log into your account and go to the return tab alternately you can contact me directly and I will process the return as soon as possible. Remember I pay for the postage, you may need a printer to print out the label.

How long can I store the product? Some last longer than others, but typically the shelf life is 6 months. This is because I do not use preservatives, as a result the contents of the product begin to react making the product unpleasant to use.

Can I earn Eco-Points on your eBay or Amazon account? No, Eco-Points are only applied on Website purchases.

Do my points ever expire? Your points will never expire, they remain on your account until you decide to use them.

How do I contact you directly? You can contact me on Skype (TomUjain) or via email.
